Introduction
This three-day
workshop is comprehensive and intensive. Participants will leave the workshop
fully equipped with the skills to manage project successfully. In 2007 more than
200 participants have attended this workshop. We also offer in-house
program.
This workshop is designed based
on Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK). Participants will work on computer to practice project planning and
control with Microsoft Project 2003
(computers are provided by the workshop organizer). To manage project risks
(duration and cost risks) participants will work with Monte Carlo Simulation software. In
this workshop we will also discuss how to prepare for the PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification.
